Jay has over eight years of experience in the mortgage industry, starting out as a trainee advisor after completing CeMAP independently from home. Since then, he has worked across a variety of roles, building extensive knowledge in residential mortgages, buy-to-let applications, and more complex cases involving portfolio landlords, contractors, and limited company buy-to-lets. Jay is known for his practical approach and deep understanding of the mortgage landscape.

Outside of work, he’s a dedicated battle rap enthusiast and a collector of unique memorabilia.
