Laken began her career in the fitness industry before moving into financial services in 2021. Since then, she has gained her CeMAP qualification and taken a hands-on, client-focused approach to her work.
Passionate about giving clients the best journey from start to finish, Laken ensures every stage of the process feels clear, personal, and well-supported.
Laken joined First Financial in 2025 and works closely with James to deliver a high standard of service across the board.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two cats.
